You can order from this web site, by e-mail or by post, sent to the address above

Mili uses PayPal as a secure method of payment for items purchesed from this web site. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

For security reasons please do not submit your card details by email.

If payment is by UK cheque these must be in GB Pounds Sterling. Funds will need to be clear before items are despatched, which will take up to 7 working days.

Postal Charges

The cost of postage is £3.50 per package within the UK by Royal Mail First Class or £4.20 Royal Mail Recorded Signed For. Please contact us for overseas postage rates.

Delivery

Goods will normally be despatched within 5 working days of receiving an order. If payment is by cheque this time could be longer to allow for clearance

We try to ensure that every item listed on this web site is available for despatch within these times. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If your order is urgent or required by a particular date please email or telephone prior to ordering.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in the condition in which you received it within 14 days, for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be made by the same method as used for payment.

Colour and marking of stones

Due to the nature of semi precious stones, colourings and markings are likely to vary from the photographs shown.

Details held by Mili will be used solely to process your order and will not be divulged to any other body for marketing or any other purpose not directly associated with your order

All credit and debit card information is processed by PayPal and Mili do not receive this information
